Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.

Hop Butcher – A Myriad of Pyramids
Peacharine & Simcoe-hopped Double India Pale Ale. Big, juicy orange vibes with a stone fruit twist.
- ABV: 7.5%
Idiom – Under the Sun
Brewed with a base of German pilsner, a smidge of dextrin and a touch of honey malts, this beer is uber-pale, clear and crisp. Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra, it has a slightly fruity finish that keeps you coming back for more.

EverGrain – Young Lust
A dangerously smooth and juicy Double IPA overflowing with notes of lush tropical fruit, ripe peach, and dank citrusy bursts. We brewed this beer with a heady mix of modern hops for an electrifying aroma, soft, pillowy mouthfeel and just the right amount of bite.

Heist – Strange Words
Mash-up of Strange Clouds and Blurred is the Word. Brewed and triple dry hopped with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Azacca hops. Tropical and dank with notes of candied pineapple, ripe blueberry, and mango.

Equilibrium – Field Theory
Field Theory West Coast Style IPA uses a precise west coast style water profile for a clean base with a newer yeast and a Citra Lupomax and Mosaic Lupomax hop bill to create a harmonious interaction in each sip – offering crisp flavors of mandarin wedges, assorted tropical fruit, candied pineapple, and a touch of piney earth.

Idiom – Joke’s on You
A bold and balanced Rye Lager crafted in collaboration with comedian Zane Lamprey. Brewed with Amarillo hops, this crisp and spicy brew delivers notes of citrus, pine, and subtle rye spice for a smooth yet flavorful finish. Perfect for laughs and good times.
