Growler Filling Station
The only constant in the ever changing beer industry is that customers are always looking for new and exciting craft beers. Nick’s, with help from companies near and afar, has installed a state of the art Growler Filling Station based on the same operating principles as bottling lines. We use a blended gas counter pressure system. This state of the art technique forces beer to fill the growler from the bottom up reducing loss due to foam, while keeping the beer as fresh as possible.
While Nick’s carries a wide array of craft beer in bottles and cans, our Growler Filling Station has opened the doors to endless possibilities. Our Growler Filling Station taps are constantly changing with beers that are extremely rare or even limited to draft only. Our list is always changing, so check back with us regularly or you may miss out on that one beer you have been waiting for.
2SP – The Goat
A rich and robust strong stout blended with Newark, DE’s own Little Goat Coffee Roasters special blend. This blend include a light roast from Nicaragua, as well a big bold Sumatran dark roast. Big rich coffee flavors of dark fruit and subtle floral notes from the coffee blends beautifully with the chocolatey smooth stout base.

Forward – Dry Dock
Vienna-style amber lager brewed with German Vienna malt and Triumph hops, fermented with a Norwegian Kveik yeast that ferments warm but gives cold-ferment qualities. Crisp with toasty bready notes and subtle fruit.
- ABV: 5.5%
Tired Hands – DDH Refreshing
DDH Refreshing Double IPA (Motueka) is brewed with a grist of two row barley, flaked rice and fermented with our expressive house Ale yeast. Dry hopped with plenty of the freshest Galaxy, Citra, and Lemondrop, then secondarily hit with New Zealand Motueka. Notes of lemon curd, lychee smoothies, ruby red grapefruit candies, mango meringue, & a mouthful of orange starburst

EverGrain – Tango Urilla
New England style IPA brewed with gobs of wheat and heavily hopped with Citra and a brand new hop to us from the growers at Indie Hops, Luminosa! Aromatics of peach-mango lemonade, boysenberry, and papaya.
- ABV: 7.5%
Idiom – Fight or Flight
Hopped with Comet, Azacca, and Falconer’s Flight you get citrus aromatics coupled with a malty medium body and classic bitter finish.
- ABV: 6.0%
New Trail – Blood Orange Broken Heels
Blood Orange Broken Heels is our favorite Hazy IPA, treated to a big splash of citrus. Blood Oranges taste like sweet orange with fleeting hint of raspberry. A perfect compliment to an already citrusy Broken Heels hop profile.
